First, we would like to sincerely thank everyone that supported us throughout the year \u2013 OpenComps cannot exist without you and we are very grateful! If you enjoy using OpenComps, we would appreciate it if you spread word to others, as this is the only way that we actually grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 was a year of refinements and solidifications. While nothing groundbreaking new was introduced, we refined some of our workflows and worked super hard on corralling as much data as we could. I humbly believe that we have the best hotel market data in the world &#8211; sales, developments, for sale, CMBS, quarterly and annual SECs, P&amp;Ls \u2013 we have it all! As a small, individually-crafted enterprise, I am incredibly proud that we have the best data of anyone. <em>A lot<\/em> of hard work goes in collecting it and I hope you enjoy it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also continue to believe that the combination of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/blog\/2023\/05\/new-feature-private-notes\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"755\">private notes<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/blog\/2016\/05\/opencomps-4-0-private-transactions\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"514\">private entries<\/a> creates a unique aspect of our service \u2013 our tremendous daily research together with your private data, enhancing the usefulness for everyone in your team. We also appreciate those of you that use the &#8220;Suggest a Change&#8221; feature to get in touch with us to enhance our entries for the benefit of everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on our current operations, we would like to announce that our PRO Subscriptions prices <strong>as of January 1, 2025<\/strong>, will be as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>OpenComps PRO<\/strong> (default <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/introducing-enterprise-pro-subscriptions\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"603\">enterprise<\/a>, because OpenComps is best when shared across an organization) \u2013 <strong>$575<\/strong> per month or <strong>$5,750<\/strong> per year.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>unlimited<\/em> users (under defined corporate email domain), no per user pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>easy, <em>self-managed<\/em> onboarding and offboarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/blog\/2023\/05\/new-feature-private-notes\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"755\">private notes<\/a> \u2013 attach small notes to public transactions viewable only by you or your workgroup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/blog\/2016\/05\/opencomps-4-0-private-transactions\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"514\">private entries<\/a> \u2013 create full transaction entries viewable only by you or your workgroup (great for keeping track of on-the-market pipeline or recording private P&amp;Ls of competitive properties)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solo PRO<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>$245<\/strong> per month or <strong>$2,450<\/strong> per year\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Single user, non-shareable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Legacy<\/em> plan or available for single-person shop &#8211; someone who doesn&#8217;t buy, sell or broker hotels but is an industry participant (or in between gigs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each OpenComps user account is <strong>personal<\/strong> and <strong>non-shareable<\/strong>. Using someone else\u2019s login is a violation of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/about-terms.php\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/about-terms.php\">Terms of Use<\/a>.
