One place, with one subscription, that gives you human-driven editorial on hotel transactions in U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, the U.K., Europe, Australia and some Asia sprinkled in. With the most intuitive, yet powerful online interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a small, individually-crafted enterprise, I am incredibly proud that we have the best data of anyone.&nbsp;<em>A lot<\/em>&nbsp;of hard work goes in collecting it and I hope you enjoy it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would like to sincerely thank everyone that supported us throughout the past year&#8230; and the past 20 years. OpenComps simply cannot exist without you and we are very grateful! If you enjoy using OpenComps, however, <strong>please spread word to others<\/strong>, as this is the only way that we actually grow. While I strongly believe we are &#8220;world&#8217;s best&#8221;&#8230; the world seemingly still doesn&#8217;t know about us. We remain tiny. It pains us that we have to increase it every year, but that is the only way that we stay afloat and survive. I hope you understand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on our current operations, we would like to announce that our PRO Subscriptions prices\u00a0<strong>as of January 1, 2026<\/strong>, will be as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>OpenComps PRO<\/strong>\u00a0(default; if you are a multi-employee organization that owns, manages, transacts, consults on one or many hotels, you need to be on this one) \u2013\u00a0<strong>$625<\/strong>\u00a0per month or\u00a0<strong>$6,250<\/strong>\u00a0per year.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>unlimited<\/em>\u00a0users (under defined corporate email domain), no per user pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>easy,\u00a0<em>self-managed<\/em>\u00a0onboarding and offboarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/blog\/2023\/05\/new-feature-private-notes\/\">private notes<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 attach small notes to public transactions viewable only by you or your workgroup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/blog\/2016\/05\/opencomps-4-0-private-transactions\/\">private entries<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 create full transaction entries viewable only by you or your workgroup (great for keeping track of on-the-market pipeline or recording private P&amp;Ls of competitive properties)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solo PRO<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<strong>$265<\/strong>\u00a0per month or\u00a0<strong>$2,650<\/strong>\u00a0per year\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Single user, non-shareable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only available, upon review, for a single-person operation \u2013 someone on a consulting track or in between gigs. Not available to multi-employee (2+) organizations that simply want &#8220;single license&#8221; or &#8220;single employee&#8221; access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each OpenComps user account is&nbsp;<strong>personal<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>non-shareable<\/strong>. Using someone else\u2019s login is a violation of our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencomps.com\/about-terms.php\">Terms of Use<\/a>.
